Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is simple:
- Browse our shop and add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter the required delivery and payment details.
We accept secure online payments via PayPal and Stripe. You may use a debit or credit card without needing a PayPal account.
If you make a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately and we will correct it where possible.
A confirmation email indicates that we received your order, but a contract is formed only when we issue an invoice or dispatch confirmation.
If a pricing or stock error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery within Ireland takes 2–3 business days.
- International orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
- If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date or offer a full refund.
Please note: some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 2 working days so we can make a claim with the carrier.
Non-delivery must be reported within 3 weeks of dispatch.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will place it on back order. You will be notified and may cancel the order at any time before dispatch.
Tax & VAT
All Orders include 23% Irish VAT.

Returns & Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Refunds:
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
- Refund includes the original standard delivery cost (if charged).

Condition of returned goods:
Items must be returned unused and in saleable condition.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU consumer protection law.
