How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us by email or telephone and include your order number.
You must notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Returning Goods
Once you notify us of your wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Returned items must be in saleable condition, unworn, and with all original tags/hangtags attached.
Refunds
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
The refund will include the standard delivery cost (if charged), but return postage is at your expense unless the product was faulty.
