Cancellation Policy

At Kiwi Girl Mullaghmore, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before booking your trip:

Weather Conditions & Cancellations

All trips are subject to sea and weather conditions. In the interest of safety, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any trip due to unsuitable weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will make every effort to contact you as early as possible in the event of a cancellation. Where a trip is cancelled by us, we will offer the option to:

• Reschedule your booking for another suitable date, or
• Receive a full refund excluding the €5 non-refundable booking fee paid at the time of online booking.

Customer Cancellations & No Shows

• A €5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled trip will not incur any further charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip, or no-shows, will be charged the full trip amount (€60 for wildlife trips and seafood sunset trip).

By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize us to charge the outstanding balance in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Last-Minute Bookings

We allow bookings right up to departure time depending on availability. If you are making a last-minute booking, we recommend contacting us directly by phone or message to confirm availability.
